Efficiently extracting CO2 from the atmosphere
ZeoDAC is utilizing zeolite and molecular sieve materials that have established supply chains because of their use in other industries, and enabling them for use in the fight against climate change.
Our proprietary adsorption process utilizes a unique combination of molecular sieves that can remove CO₂ directly from air. Deploying these solid adsorbents for direct air capture provides opportunities for a lower cost, more scalable, more stable, and more environmentally benign solution than other approaches.
Multibillion Dollar Market Potential by 2030
According to the World Economic Forum, up to 10 billion tons of CO₂ may be removed from the atmosphere by 2050, and on the order of 100 billion tons by end of the century in an effort towards net-zero carbon emissions.
Direct air capture will play a crucial role in achieving those goals.
ZeoDAC strives to play an essential role in the path towards net-zero. ZeoDAC’s strategy is developing products from its process at smaller scales. With this, ZeoDAC shall require less capital to become cash flow positive as it ramps up to the larger, mega facilities.
Fighting the climate crisis and the global water crisis
One of ZeoDAC’s products is H₂O. Atmospheric water can negatively impact the carbon capture process, but ZeoDAC has found a way for water to be a part of the solution.
In addition to removing CO₂ from the air, the ZeoDAC process also harvests the humidity in the air, resulting in the production of clean water.
